There was two more doses of night blood, so an other possibility could be if Roan or Raven take the dose, and become night blood too, I don't think Clarke becoming the new commander would be the smartest option, Roan is a grounder, he's the king, so if he become a night blood it would be a better choice, cause chances is the grounders would.
