pillow ball i dont think has anything to with camber, i could be wrong, i dont have my coilovers in my house at the moment to look. but i thought it was to give a better feedback throught the car and stop any play that u would get from rubber mounts, i suppose some do come with the camber adjustable bit at the top but the rear coilys on the apex kit dont have the camber adjustable part and.
