Apparently, when you export an image as a .PNG, it gives you an option to save the image with a transparent background. From what I've heard, however, it seems earlier versions of the program don't give you that option. Therefore, I downloaded PaintTool SAI English Pack Ver 1.1.0, which appears to be the latest version of the program.
