Fan and Cooling Upgrades Upgrades & Mods Hello, I am considering upgrading my fans to provide better cooling. Currently I have the stock part cooling fan, hotend fan, and controller fan. Ideally I would like to improve airflow and quiet the printer down a bit.

My modified version of NBR's Ender 5 S1 cooling setup ('El Pablo'). This is to suit the mods I'm currently running including dual 5015 part cooling fans, a 4020 for hotend cooling and NF Mellow hotend. It also greatly improves the bed levelling as the Y offset has been reduced to 0.

The Ender 5 is exactly the same as the Ender 5 pro (apart from the mainboard and extruder) so any parts cooling-duct will work with both. The Ender 5 is now silent with this upgraded hot-end fan! NOTE: I am using the HeroMe Gen5 system with TH3D Tough Hot-End! You can still upgrade your fan, but likely not with the stock mounts. Any HeroMe and many other custom mounts will be fine though!
